I’ve used this place twice now, both times to get a new pram. We were so impressed with the service from the staff when we needed a new pram we were going to get one from here and nowhere else! I had got an ex display pram from them last year that had now broken and I decided it was time to get a new one. We went to look round and chat to the ladies working and they told me it didn’t matter that it was ex display it’s under guarantee and they have sent my pram off to be fixed! They even offered me a loaner pram if I was going to be left with iif I was going to be without whilst it was getting fixed. I ended up buying a new one with lots of recommendations for what I was wanting. All the while we were in the shop I had my 20month old with me and she just wanted to run round and try out everything! The ladies were so lovely they got her pens and paper out and got her drawing and even gave her a biscuit or two (after asking permission) they couldn’t of been more caring towards my daughter it made the the decision to go back there so worth while. Going to a place where they care about your child and they aren’t an inconvenience says a lot about the staff and the company. They aren’t absolutely doing it right and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much ladies!!

What a fabulous shopping experience!! I bought a pushchair and a car seat for my grandson. Lynette was so helpful and knowledgeable, she made sure I had the most up to date car seat that had been stringently tested. Nothing was too much trouble, she fitted it in the car and made sure it was in securely then talked me through how to use it and how to make sure he was safe and secure. All the staff in the shop were super friendly and it was an absolute pleasure to go there and be treated so well. Thank you.

attended yesterday. as first time parent there is so much and i knew very little about prams/ all different options. Initially had a look around a few weeks ago. staff were friendly and helpful. There is so much choice online but it was important to me to see/ feel/ use the pram (especially checking the weight, if I felt able to lift it) went back yesterday and ordered our first pram/ travel system. we were helped by Aleshia - thankyou for your advice. There was no hard sell and assistants were not pushy at all, it felt ok to browse. Enjoyed looking upstairs as room is laid out with mini bedrooms with cots, furniture etc..
